Robert Fuller Jr. Montgomery County, Death, Obituary

In Loving Memory of Robert Fuller Jr.

With profound sadness, we remember Robert Fuller Jr., whose life was tragically taken on Valentine’s Day in Montgomery County. At 87 years old, Robert had lived a long and meaningful life filled with decades of memories, relationships, and experiences that shaped those around him.

On February 14, at the Cogir Potomac Senior Living community on Potomac Tennis Lane, Robert was found in his apartment with a fatal gunshot wound. A residence intended to provide safety and comfort instead became the setting of an unimaginable loss.

Investigators have released surveillance footage of a person seen on the property around the time of the incident. Authorities have stated there is no clear description of the individual’s gender or race and continue to ask for the public’s assistance. A reward ranging from $250 to $10,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest.

While the investigation continues, we pause to honor the man himself. Robert was more than a headline — he was family, a friend, and a neighbor. He had witnessed generations of change and carried with him the wisdom of 87 years. His presence brought familiarity and connection to those who shared daily life with him.

Valentine’s Day will forever hold a different meaning for his loved ones. Yet even amid sorrow, the love he gave and received throughout his life remains. That love continues in the stories told, the memories cherished, and the legacy he leaves behind.

To his family and friends, we extend our deepest condolences. May you find comfort in remembrance and strength in community support.

Rest peacefully, Robert Fuller Jr.
Your life was valued.
Your memory lives on.
